Another important feature of this tool is a bio-filter. Bio-filter rules allow to describe the range of biologically plausible compositions. For example,

0: NOT(HexNAc >= 2 AND Hex >= 3);
0: dHex > Hex - 3 + HexNAc - 2 + 1;
0: HexNAc = 2 AND Hex > 9;
    

As a result, user receives a ranked list of plausible compositions for each peak. Compositions can then be further grouped, sorted and exported to MS Excel:
